Title: Thanksgiving Shank Portion Hams

There's a reason Ready to Eat Shank Portion Hams are 60¢ to $1.40 less a pound than other hams.  The ones I cooked still had the pig skin on which turned out nice and crispy, well black is a better term for it!  :D  But all in all the Hams were a great hit for our Family Thanksgiving meal once I trimmed the skin off ... 325ºF with Hickory for 20 minutes a pound till the IT reached 140ºF ...
