Doing a chuck roast and Roasted potatoes,carrots and onions on the RecTec Mini,today. Ultimate blend pellets at 250 Degrees. Was going to post a photo that I took with my phone but got message it was to big. :( Have no clue how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thx

You may be able to re-size your photo file on your phone. Most phones have this in the settings somewhere...
But in case yours does not, do a Google Play store search on your phone for "photo resizer". There are a number of free applications that should help you there.
We limit the file size because it is very awkward to post your pictures here, only to find you have to scroll a lot to see the entire image. It takes away from what you wanted to show.
We have a section for posting pictures with som good info as well.

I used Rec Tec Ultimate Blend pellets.
