Two tablespoons of M-3, 1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of canola oil, and one cup of water into the tumbling drum...

After 20 minutes of tumbling in the marinade under vacuum...

Onto the PTG at grill temps of 450F...

40 minutes later they were done. Texas Cheese toast was also grilled...

That M-3 seasoning makes for a great, flavorful marinade. Chicken was moist and juicy. My 4 year old daughter had four pieces!

Those drumsticks do look awfully tempting. I bet her little tummy was full!

That M-3 is some amazing rub/marinade!!  Haven't tried it on chicken, yet.  Will be doing that soon.

Joyed to see your substitution of balsamic instead of apple cider vinegar.  I purchase aged balsamic from www.calivirgin.com.  Best balsamic I have ever tasted.  Also get their EVOO by the gallon.  Lusty Lemon is addictive.  Lemons are crushed along with the olives.  Try it. M-3 on my wings this weekend.
