Post by: psousa781 on September 12, 2017, 11:19:37 PM
Smoked a couple racks of back ribs, another foolproof cook with the PBC.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170913/07cb96b224fc5c81acb7d11efd709f1c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170913/21567c7a6176da21a9cbfc01ac3c3556.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170913/437a3f3ed71f2fa8b0ec19fa7a98c9f6.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170913/f9ca20513e945d17ce458ba55a1213d5.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170913/2e26fdda5ed6bb878a4c8ab0aa229f6d.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170913/9ef3c6589470245204173790e0b38ef9.jpg)

psousa781, those are really good looking baby backs.

Just a thought, but are you related to John Philip Sousa? A great name in history and the 17th director of the United States Marine Band starting in 1880.

Unfortunately I'm not related, but I have on occasion told people I am. :)

Thanks all!  I did the Stubb's briquettes + hickory chunk again, took only about 2.5 hours.  Tasted great!
