I think trader Joe's meats are overpriced and frankly not very good. I do like the store but I would never buy the meat again.

Tom, Aldi's and Trader Joe's are both owned by a company founded in Germany named Albrechts Discounts. I went to an Aldi's in Mannheim, Germany about 20 or so years ago. I thought they were ripping me off when I had to pay 2 Duetsch marks to unlock the shopping cart until I found out that they give it back to you if you return it to the rack. It is only a quarter here in Houston, but that still isn't enough incentive for some people to return the cart to the rack. I'm gonna go check out their red meat selection as soon as I get a chance.

That meat is cooked perfectly and looks delicious.

Hey, Tom, there is an Aldi Market just minutes from here.  We'll be on the hunt for a rib roast.  You make it look pretty simple and easy, so I'm thinking maybe I CAN do it.

As always that looks awesome Tom. Was that an antique Ginsu knife in the video? I have one of those that I bought in the eighties and it is still my favorite knife!

Thanks for Watching! It's called a "Forever Sharp" Knife. If I were to guess I would say that the Wife picked it up at a rummage sale.
