It was 39 here in the valley and I didn't go outside till the sun came up!!

Turkeys are chilling in the fridge, and the ribs are wrapped and hanging out in the Samsbro.
I'll vacuum seal them all in the morning for delivery to our friend's house, in exchange for some cash and beer. ;D

Some of my favorite times to fire up the smoker is on a dark winter evening with a good cold snap in the air, no clouds and no wind. The smoke just lingers in the air. I love it!

Agreed... adult beverage in hand all bundled up. Perfect evening IMO. Food looks great Squirt!
