Great cook Tom.  However, after watching the results, I would get that sear box ordered. This way you got the best of both worlds......just sayin  :)

Well folks, got a call from the Camp  Chef people this morning apologizing for not sending me the Sear Box.  So they are sending it my way and have asked me to take down the videos and re-do the comparison and reverse seared video. So thats why the videos are gone. I leave this here for a day or two and then remove the whole video. Thanks! :)
