Title: Papa has a brand new toy

Having finally sold my PBC, I was ready to add a Kamado type system.  After reading a lot about the CharBroil Kamander, I decided on this model.  Also, the price being $199.00 was too good to pass.  I've taken it for a test run to burn out the factory coating and learn how to adjust the temps.  This unit heats up very fast and maintains temps beautifully and is very efficient consuming fuel.  I guess this is typical of any Kamado but for me a new experience.  I am going to do some cooks soon for the real taste test and hope all turns out well.
