Still have plenty of pulled pork in the freezer from the boneless Costco butts, but when Piggly Wiggly had 'em on sale for $1 a pound I couldn't pass that up. Sliced up one for tasso & al pastor, pulled the other

Absolutely love homemade tasso ... I used to make it with country style ribs when they had a sale. Great looking pastor as well!
