Made this Saturday to see if I could come close to Italian bread. not bad a tweak here and there and I thinki I have it

VERY good, like a lighter version of Italian bread. Not heavy and still need to work on the crust it was a little soft but dang good. Hard to tell it from high carb bread taste and texture (close)

Going to post recipe soon, just want to nail it down so it's what I say it is.
I like to make recipes at least 3 to 4 times and make sure the measurements are correct before I post
