Been making low carb bread and found this to be the best so far. It now I want to make a large batch for pizza crust and bread
Now I am using a bread starter I made over a month ago and been feeding it to keep it going.
I’ll post more as I go, right now I just finished kneeding and now letting it rise before working it again
