Title: Deep dish pie

Had a craving for deep dish pizza so here is my version (low carb )  :D :D :D

Basic recipe.

2 cupe almond flour
1/2 cup VWG
1/2 cup starter/poolish
1/2 cup water (110 temp to mix with poolish)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp yeast

Nice looking pie ... glad that low carb starter experiment is yielding such positive results.

It is it really helped with texture and taste.  Only down fall so far is there are more carbs in a starter than I like.  BUT, when you break it down into a recipe per serving it's still a win win
