Title: Kummelweck Rolls.

I made these roll to go with a smoked chuck roast that I wanted to do before the cold snap hit South Florida with 50F weather.  Thanks to Chef John for the recipe.  These rolls go perfect with any fatty meat as it is a good contrast with the salt and caraway seeds.
