I'm new here, I love cooking outdoors and eating BBQ! I currently have a Pit Barrel Cooker and a Weber gas grill that I use regularly.

I look forward to having fun with this forum.

I'm took a short tour of this forum already and I saw some really great ideas for my future cooks. A definite wealth of knowledge and information available here. I'll post some pics of my own cooks too.

Yes Sir, cooking in Southern New England! North central Hartford county, along the Connecticut river valley.
