Hello,
Am new to the site, but pretty experienced at outdoor cooking. A Hasty Bake Gourmet is my weapon of choice, while I keep a Hasty Bake Ranger as my travel cooker, which I am often known to do for work.
Like I mentioned, I have a lot of experience cooking over charcoal//wood and will be happy to share any knowledge I have. I'm also still learning, and will likely pick your brains from time to time.
