I hadn't smoked ribs in quite a while, so I pulled a rack of baby backs out of the freezer and fired up the GMG Jim Bowie.
I used salt, pepper and just a touch of Jan's rub on the ribs, and smoked them @ 225° for six hours.

I made baked beans using navy beans and leftover smoked brisket.

Served with homemade bread, and garlic herb taters cooked in the air fryer.

Pretty good. Just needed a bit more seasoning on the ribs.
