Title: Another Texas cook, deep south Tx

Hello all, just another bbq loving nut job. Been bbqing all my life, grew up on the farm in west Tx and watched my Dad do it so I've loved outdoor cooking ever since. own several Weber Kettles, a Pellet cooker, and other bigger trailers and a stick burner.
Thanks for letting me come in and hang out with you all.

WELCOME!...Where in W. Texas? I was born in an partly raised in Abilene, then...everywhere there was oil.... ;)
