Hello everyone. Just another newbie crashing into your site hoping to learn a lot about smoking. I just found out I like it and have never cooked in my life but this is fun! I look foreward to finding cooking tips Recipes and such. So far I have burnt a lot on my side burner and it hasn't tasted very well but that will change can anyone help me please  ;D

lurch, welcome to the forum. Ask any questions you like. I think everybody here has an answer for you....and they will all be different and they will all be right because there are so many different ways to achieve great bbq. Join in the fun and let's get cooking.
