I wanted steak and she wanted fish. I got a couple trout fillets for her and a nice rib eye for me. On the RED once it gets to about 500

Rubbed with some olive oil, sea salt, pepper a and garlic

sea salt, pepper a and garlic. When it gets hot I will put the skin.

Looks like good eats, only thing better would be half the steak and half the fish on each plate for me.

Thanks everyone, I haven’t had a bad steak since buying my RED. I leave it on sear and cook to time based on the thinness of the steak
