Yep. I have 2 cut to the fit the top and bottom rack of my MAK. And I have a bunch of 9x13 ones for my Bradley smoker that I use as well for smaller loads on the Traeger. They are so handy., and I just pop them in the dishwasher when they get extra gunked up.

I like it best ( your milage may very ;)) when put on thick sliced bacon, and a nice full coating on both sides.
This is easiest accomplished this way:
Place bacon strips on a cookie sheet that has side walsl ( helps contain the mess) and push them up tight together, them dust it on nice and full. Not heaped up in dry mounds, just a nice, even full coating. Allow it to rest for a little while and the moisture in the bacon will allow most of the rub to stick to the bacon. This may be 5-15 minutes, temp. dependant.
Now, gently flip the bacon over and repeat. Allow the rub time to stick to the bacon. Now - gently place it on the grill or a cookie cooling rack above the grill, or frog mats, etc. Ideal time and temp in an oven is 42-45 minutes @350F You may shave approx. 5 minutes if you are convection cooking.
It will answer needs in a man he did not know he had - until he haseaten bacon like this! ;D
