Well I finished the four butts and set them in the Cambro to rest. So I was waiting on the butts to recover from being cooked I thought I'd cook smashed chicken sammies for dinner tonight. Sorry about the pictures but all I had was the cheap cell phone to work with :-[

Turned out very good.
Any cook recorded by a photo is still a cook ;D

So what did you do? Flatten some chicken breast and grill it...or is there more to it?
It looks good enuff to eat, but not too hard to cook.

Tommy, Looks good. We'll work on those pictures of yours at the Gathering. We've eaten so much chicken around here lately I think I noticed some feathers growing on my legs. Dee

Jack, I was soooooooo worn out from the last few days + the 4 butts I cooked today this was not going to be a hard cook.

Sometimes the nice easy thrown together cooks at the last minute are the most satisfying.
