Here is my breakfast throwdown entry for the Sizzle forum....
Here are the players..
Divide the Maple sausage packets in half...
Hard boiled eggs rolled in hickory smoked sugar...
Bacon Weave...
Application of a layer of dark brown sugar to the weave...
Now for the sausage and egg...
Then wrap around the egg and tied with silicone bands...
Pre-heat the 4 Burner RED with a load of Apple & Cherry wood chips...
Now onto the RED for an off-set cook...
Smoking now...
Burners dialed in...
Now for a chunk of Hickory..
Taking on color...
IT was 160F on both. Now for a ride on the warming rack to crisp up..
Now to shred the potatoes..
Potatoes cooking on the RED side burner...
After the rest with the burners off and lid down...
Undress the silicone bands...
Now for a bath in pancake batter...
3 minute dip in the deep fryer at 350F...
