Dad tought me about breaded steak many moons ago and I never had one as good as the one's he made but I'm trying.

I even found that adding smoke (pecan) kicks up the flavor

The Grill 2 Go grill is a wonderful grill for this cook

May not look that good to some but I find this to be one of the best comfort foods out there

Beans over creamed spuds is a weakness of mine

looks pretty good from here. throw a egg on that steak all call it quits. great meal. love the beans and taters. nice cook.

Looks good Tommy. Have you tried it with the Mies Breading yet? Maybe kick the breading up a little on one.
