Dad tought me about breaded steak many moons ago and I never had one as good as the one's he made but I'm trying.


I even found that adding smoke (pecan) kicks up the flavor
 
The Grill 2 Go grill is a wonderful grill for this cook
 
May not look that good to some but I find this to be one of the best comfort foods out there

Beans over creamed spuds is a weakness of mine ;)

looks pretty good from here.  throw a egg on that steak all call it quits.  great meal.  love the beans and taters.  nice cook.   :)

Looks good Tommy. Have you tried it with the Mies Breading yet? Maybe kick the breading up a little on one.
