I got hooked .
made a permanent home for my Anova that will keep the heat .
it will allow me to make meat for a party .
this time i did Rib eye Medium with a onion & black Pepper sauce .

Looks great! And that idea to use an insulated cooler is awesome. They will keep your heat for a long time making your sous vide machine work a lot less. Yay!
