Liked that idea of Mies until I checked the link. Can not do MSG. Guess I will have to stick with Arrow Root, corn starch or what we called in the Navy Bull F#*k water and flour.

I am with you on the MSG Ron....*BUT* they have a version of it with no MSG - thought I would try that one.

I can handle the meds and injection, its this damn neuropathy that gets me  >:(

The red beans & rice look delicious!  I really like the fine sausage grind with the course ground fat too. It gives a nice look to it.

Yup..oral meds..and diet.

The VA doc warned me  about it last year.

I had a lot of issues related to the brain injury from the wreck..most of them got better.

Kept eating like I was working and put on some weight.

The good news is that after a month of meds and slowing down the chow my numbers are much better.

Sugar is averaging 130 and BP is 120/65/70.

Prolly gonna make some red beans and rice after seeing this....thanks buddy.. ;D

Cliff: Their website shows that they have a version with NO MSG.....may want to give it a try? I am going to....and I can't do the MSG either
