Got home tonight and Kimmie shoves Spuds and chops at me and says cook'm  so I did.  Kimmie was so taken with the spuds I did last week with Penye's Chip & Dip and butter on them she wanted more.

So I figured why not and add the Chip and Dip to the chops ;) and a tad of pepper

Good stuff and toss on some of Kimmie's homemade slaw and a killer dinner!
