Just an idea....
Mix up a cup of chicken broth, 1/4 cup of apple juice, 1-2 tablespoons each of worcestershire and soy sauce, and a heated pat of butter. You can carefully add a little sauce or rub - but be careful. Adjust this for your tastes. Put this in a casserole dish and spread out the pork slices to line the dish. Cover tightly with foil.
Place in oven at 225F for an hour, then check it. If tender enough to pull - fine. If more time needed, and more of the above braising liquid - and place back in oven for an additional hour, check again for doneness/liquid.
