They had a used meat sale on Porterhouse steaks so I picked up two of em'...



Dems big!...



One was heavily coated with BP Double Secret Steak Seasoning. Then vac sealed for a overnight stay in the fridge to get happy. The other I saved for a different cook...



Next day after fridge ride. Nice penetration of the rub...



Memphis fired up with the flame zone. Momma ain't home tonight so this is all mine!



Oh yeah!



Time for the side dish...



As big as the plate!

No 60 inch waist here! But it is above 30 so I am no Slim Jim ;)
