BEESR and Grill2Go that is. Today I went with smashed chicken, buttered grill onions and roasted corn. Will post pictures in a few eating now  :D

OK all done and here are the pictures.  Sorry it took so long but had to clean up  ;) before Kimmie came back in .

I pounded the breast flat bread them with Italian bread crumbs (same as the breaded steak) grilled some onions with the chicken and cooked some corn in a BEESR.

Now if your gonna try this make sure to give the meat a few hrs in a fridge after breading so the breading can set up and won't fall off on the grill

OH the chicken was so tender you don't need a knife to cut it

Can't beat infrared for some stuff..I just sold my big easy..I still have the BEESR & SRG, I'm really getting into charcoal..I did drumsticks on Weber yesterday with charcoal in basket in the center and stix all around..very juicy and they were unicorn pretty.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
