If we don't like the results of a study done on something we consume, we generally look to find a different study done on the same consumable with more favorable results. Which one then is the correct one you might ask? It's anyone's guess, but only your genetics will know for sure! Example...many years ago in a human anatomy class I had, the professor stated that just 50% of the smoking population were adversely affected by the cigarettes they smoked. That blew me away! Same cigarettes, different results. What gives? Quite simply....DNA. DNA determines our longevity or our short visit on Earth. We won't know our outcome until too late in the game, but the best advice is moderation as Hub pointed out. My late father had a saying that I heard often, ( mostly in my wild years) that "too much is no good!" I'll think of my dad's wise words while I take a big bite out of a BLT!
A little bit of everything is far better than a lot of a few things!
