Are you still making your famous bourbon pecan cheesecake? I have made it several times. Always a big hit. In fact I was making a lot of mini-cheesecakes in all kinds of flavors.

I know what you mean. It is hard to stay away from the good sweets like that.
I made one a number of years ago to take to a get together with Rick and Chrystal in Savannah. Chris Crowley was there, too. I had to store the cheesecake in the refrigerator of his cabin under penalty of losing some fingers if he cut into the cheesecake. Once we all got together the next day, he brought the cheesecake over to my table so I could start cutting it. He wanted a taste, BAD!! It disappeared quickly. Glad I got to taste it.
