As advertised this is my 2nd of 12 USDA PRIME Costco peeled Tri-Tip roast from my stash ...

Smoked to perfection! Only wish I could have shared it with everyone but it was just too good to share!!  8)  8)

Couldn't agree more...the Costco prime TT's, cooked low n slow on a pellet pooper are hard to beat! Nicely done :)
