Game Night Nachos

I'm so happy hockey season is back on. We had a good run in baseball but back to our roots. Felt like pub style nachos tonight.
Took some ground turkey, smoked at 245 for around a half hour and added some taco seasoning.

Made up the nachos with refried beans, tomatoes, black olives, the taco turkey and some shredded marble cheese.

Baked at 350 for 15 mins and topped with guacamole

Served with a local craft beer

Go Leafs Go!!
