Tom great cook again........Do you have two of each cooker one for your northern home & one for FL. Or do you move them or just keep some in each location.......If I may ask  Thanks

Tom with the cookers that you have two of do you notice any difference between two of the same or do they cook exactly the same? I know temp plays a role but anything else? Thanks

After watching this video about 4 times I finally noticed the stack mod.

The stack,works nice, eliminates the need to crack open the lid when you want to,raise the temp.
