This is a 9 pound pork butt seasoned with a layer of Meat Church Honey Hog and Meat Church The Gospel. I am going
to put it in the Grid Iron shortly at 210 degrees and let it roll all night. I have the Smoke alarm to notify me of any problems.
We have things to do later on tomorrow and I didn't want to be cooking all day long. Will post more tomorrow.
Here it is at 163 after 10 hours. I am getting ready to wrap.
Here it is after 4 hours in a covered crockpot. Bone slid right out and lots of juice.
