I foiled the stubborn thing around 170*, and some of it pulled Ok for dinner around 7PM.  The rest put up a fight.   :o

looks good so far.  i don't think squirt puts anything on the smoker unless its frozen except chicken.   ;)

Shoo that butt looks good to me. 

Can't wait til Kimmie OK's a pellet grill cause I would not try this in an SRG
