I will call this post Easter Breakfast on the MAK.

Set up it up with both griddles


Started off with bacon


Bacon all done. Where to put it to keep it warm? The warming/Smoke box.......I love this feature


Tossed in some taters and green peppers and onions on one griddle and some eggs over medium on the other griddle


Lets get all this griddled up goodness into the house........I'm hungry


Can your pellet grill do this?

MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

I am not a vegetarian, but I eat animals that are... :-)

SET MAK GRILL TO 350 DEGREES

ASSEMBLE ALL INGREDIENTS

4 CUPS COOKED SHREDDED OR CUBED CHICKEN

1 CAN CREAM OF POBLANO SOUP (IF NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA, YOU CAN USE CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP)

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

5 0Z CAN DICED GREEN CHILES (MILD)

12 COUNT PACK CORN TORTILLAS

4 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE ( I USED COLBY JACK, BUT YOU CAN USE CHEESE OR MIXTURE OF CHEESE OF YOUR CHOICE( SHREDDED)

** SPRAY 9 X 13 BAKING PAN WITH FOOD RELEASE SPRAY.

IN MIXING BOWL, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, SAVE 1 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE ASIDE TO TOP CASSEROLE.

LAYER 4 CORN TORTILLAS ( OR ENOUGH TO COVER BOTTOM OF PAN)

LOL    I am using the original pictures of the different Flame Zone set ups that we took before we used the MAK.

No worries, it is nice and smoky on the inside.
