Thanks all! Going to grill some marinated skinless chicken thighs tonight.
One of my favorite weeknight meals off the MAK!!!
MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

I am not a vegetarian, but I eat animals that are... :-)

Had a few more cooks during the week over the flame zone. I am very satisfied with it.

Did some Waygu burgers.





Next was some drumettes.....very tasty!





Then my first flank steak. It was marinated for about 8 hours. A little more done but will get it dialed in.  ;D







Loving my Two Star!!  :thumbup:

Those are fantastic cooks! Pellet burgers are insanely good! Those wings... yum (what temp did you have the Pellet Boss set to for this cook?) And the flank steak...YUM!!

I set it to 380 for the wings. 400 for the steak. I am using a 50/50 mix of 100% apple and cherry from Lumber Jack.

I hear ya...only adds a few minutes. It is too purty to get all gunky.  8)

Grilled some jalapeno poppers. Stuffed with goat cheese blended with a little sheeps milk.





Made an Easter ham with 100% pecan pellets.....holy cow!
