Appreciate it.  I love asking questions.  I took a leap of faith and bought the new Rec Tec Stampede RT-590.  It's scheduled to arrive sometime in May.  I'm sure I'll have daily questions when it gets here!  Since I sold my egg (Akorn) in order to contribute to the cost of the Rec Tec, I've been passing the time my Weber Genesis gasser with a Blaz'n Grill Works Smoker Pro in it.
