Making Kimmie's favorite (well one of them)

Kimmie loves veggies and on the grill even better

This is just a simple zucchini, squash, green pepper, onion, potato, sausage and shrimp with Tony Chachere's and olive oil.     Sausage and potatos smoked for about 40 mins then placed in the veggies for another 45 mins of smoke before covering and another hour of cooking sealed up

She loves it, me I like it but not a big squash fan (to mushy) but the shrimp and sausage make up for it  :D :D

Yum! We make a similar dish at home quite often.  Its kind of an “everybody wins” dish...if you can’t find something in there that you like, you need help... lol.
