Compart Farms Pork Butt on the Akorn Kamado

I let it rest for about 1.5 hours then pulled it. It was delicious! I will definitely be
ordering more after hurricane season. Just a note, after the 7 hour mark I kicked
up the temperature to 300 degrees to speed it through the stall.
