Hello all,  I am new to the forum and look forward to sharing and learning with/from all of you.  I recently picked up a Smoking Brother 36" Premiere, a Grid Iron and a Grilla.  So far the Grilla & SB36 have been great.  I only cooked once on the GI so more to come on that.  I have been dabbling in the basics of outdoor cooking for about 10 years. I stared with a gasser and then added indirect cooking with the addition of a smoking tube and finally decided a few years ago to get a pellet cooker.  I had a Rec-Tec mini and a Silverbac but sold them both for what I have now.   I mainly cook ribs, chicken, & steak and everything usually comes out ok but there is always more to learn.

Thanks for letting me join.
