Just introducing myself,

I have been grilling on charcoal for 20 years or so and last spring my wife bought me an Akorn kamado style grill.  I have been extremely impressed by this style of cooking.  Best ribs and pulled pork I have ever made, family agrees.  Cooking has always been a passion of mine and now the grilling has come up to match the kitchen.  I hope to continue learning as much about this revived hobby as I do with my other cooking/baking.

We have 2 or 3 guys here who are Akorn gurus.  They can help you with any question you may have.  I have an Akorn, too, but I'm just a backyard jack.
