Hello, my name is Darrell from Asheville, NC, I've grilled with charcoal and gas, until I got my pellet grill, I thought bbq was a chore, now it is a pleasure.
I'll try anything once, twice if I like it. I'm open to any advice, tips or tricks.
I've been disabled from my job at the North Carolina Department of Transportation for thirteen years now, so everyday is a blessing and gift.
