I'm not really looking for recipes here, but opinions on what pre-made rubs you've had good luck with for turkey.
I've got a couple dozen shakers of rubs in the pantry, and I'm gonna use one or two of them for the smoked bird this year. I'm leaning towards a medley of a couple of the Simply Marvelous rubs, or maybe one of Kosmos or Meat Church's offerings?
Interested to hear what y'all like.
