Stuffed Breaded Pork Chops!
« Reply #-1 on: May 28, 2013, 10:39:58 PM »
I wanted to do chops so I thought why not stuff them and bread them?

I cut a slit into them

Stuffed them with swiss cheese

Added breading

Seared on one side then flipped over turned the heat down and let them hold with lots of smoke  :D
