TendaRub Pork Chop Dinner, Dehhh.
« Reply #-1 on: June 29, 2013, 06:44:56 PM »
So it's a brisk 102F today here. Not a kid in sight playing outside, including mine ;).
Side note: that never stopped me from playing outside in my younger days ;)
Anyway, back to the Quick and Simple Dinner
Started with some Patent Pending TendaRub and dusted with some Zacks Grilling Spice. JUST KIDDING!!!
Just some Zacks and on to the SRG.  Some store bought sausage and some macaroni salad my wife whipped up real quick like. Nothing fancy, but something to look at.

Chops naked

Painted with some Sweet Baby Rays

Notice the meat to starch ratio ;) :D

That's it folks, again, nothing fancy. But it was great!

Good one Mike  :D :D  I hit this post immediately to see if your SRG had blown up  :D :D

I remember growing up here in So-Cal in the late 60's when we had smog alerts. They would announce on all the am radio stations if it was a Stage 1 or a Stage 2. We could still play outside. If it was a Stage 3, you could not play outside. The local police would cruise around and if it was a Stage 3 smog alert, they would give Momma a stern lecture.

We also had a curfew in the Valley. At 9:00 p.m. all the network TV stations would post a screen with a commentator saying "It is now 9:00, do you know where your children are" If you were under 21 and out and about you best be on your way home because you would get picked up and driven home where your folks would get a stern lecture.....then when the Police left our backsides would get a stern lecture :'( :'(

Ah the good old days.....the heat is getting to me....I have been outside all day and I am whipped.............
