Hi all, here are a few pictures of my setup at home.
I have several really good cookers: Original Bradley smoker, Charbroil SRG & Beesr, and an Outdoor Gourmet pellet grill. The only problem is, I still have room for more. I
need want to fill the empty space with a cooker that will compliment what I already have. I have a lot of stuff to cook low and slow but I don't have a good hot and fast cooker, other than the SRG grill but it's kinda small. I'm considering a good gasser, or a charcoal grill, or maybe a PBC, or an Old Smokey, or a blackstone 36" griddle. I just can't make up my mind. I would appreciate the opinions of all of you more experienced outdoor cooks.
Oh and the budget is around $300.
Thanks
Mike
