Mo-Rockin = Mo-Flavor!

I laid these chicken breast in a mixture of Tee's Mo-Rockin and a little salt water for a brine soaked for 24 hrs


And now the money shot, good stuff!!!

Did they taste o.k. Tommy? I have not used the Mo-Rockin Chicken in a brine before.....

Yes, this stuff is very good and it brings that something you normally don't get to skinless chicken "FLAVORE"

Sure did work very well.  I like skin on better but these were very good.     Nice and juicy and not dry and hard

The colloquial  ( http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/colloquialism ) term "Mo-Rockin"  is a reference to rock and roll music as being good...so anything in the slang vernacular that is "mo-rockin"   (more rocking) is really really good!

It is also via the French expression a "double entendre" (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/double%20entendre ) for the description of some of the flavors, which are of Moroccan origin.

I keep this seasoning on the table along with salt and pepper. Very good with grits & eggs.

I add it now to Brunswick stew to really kick it up a notch. I'll be serving it to Friends this weekend.
