So I made up a few ribs eyes last night and I know this is hard to fathom but I had one left over.. Hmm what can I make? I know... this!

Now to go clean the foot of snow outside.. Ugh!

Smoke, I read somewhere that left over Ribeye is a Canadian creation that thankfully their isn't an export market for it ;D

two of those steak / benedict plz.  large milk.  they look good.  the snow looks pretty.   are both those cars 4 wheel drive?  we have snow at the cabin but no 4 wheel drive.  wife is thinking of getting one.   8)

Oh my gosh that looks delicious, Scallywag!  We traditionally do prime rib for Christmas eve dinner, and now I know what to do for Christmas morning - thanks for posting!

Only the pick up is 4x4 and it's not pretty to me bro... It's sloppy and messy
